I would like to inform you that International Judo Federation has updated Refereeing Rules with few modifications. The modifications of refereeing rules received from IJF are attached.
You are requested to circulate to all Judo Officials in your Country regarding the above changes, which will be applied from the African Open, 14-15 January 2017, Tunis.
