41.  ORGANIZATION OF THE CHAMPIONSHIPS

  1. Official invitation (To be arranged and sent out by JUA Secretariat)
  • invitation letter
  • schedule
  • application form (1st and 2nd entry)
  • travel schedule
  • application for accommodation
  • ID and control card

    2.   Control of participants

  • name
  • citizenship
  • age
  • weight
  • sex
  • distribution of identity cards

    3.   Control of the national anthems and flags by the heads of Delegates of the participating countries

     4.   Draw

  • room with a capacity of 50 - 70 people
  • central table for officials
  • 2 - 4 large blackboards
  • contest drawing lists per weight category corresponding to the number of participants
  • nameplate
  • equipments for the draw (lots, ballots, cup etc.)
  • contest lists
  • microphone


      5.  Weigh-in

  • creation of opportunities for unofficial weigh-in, Facilities shall be open from the arrival of the first team till Official weigh-in, 24 hours open.

  • 4 weighing machines
  • 2 tables and 8 chairs
  • 3 assistants per weighing machine
