  1. ORGANIZATION OF THE CHAMPIONSHIPS (Continues...)

      1. Training Rooms
        • The number of training rooms shall correspond to the number of participants. The training rooms and training hours shall be distributed among the participating countries in a way ensuring equal conditions for all.
        • The training rooms shall be equipped corresponding to the required standard. Individual training for all participating countries must be guaranteed.
        • Dressing rooms, showers and a weighing machine shall be available at the training site.
      2. Information and Reception Office
        An information and Reception office shall be set up at the main hotel. From there all information will be forwarded.
        • The office is responsible for receiving all participants on arrival and for their departure.
        • For the allocation of hotel rooms
        • For assistance in ordering meals
        • For assistance in transport (local and flight reservations)
        • Supply of information sheets
        • Reservation of training hours
        • Assistance in cultural and tourist matters
      3. Entry and Citizenship Control, Distribution of Identity Cards
        • Room for Entry and Passport Control
        • Room for operating ID cards
      4. Press Centre
        • Size and equipment of the Press center shall correspond to the number of accreditations.
        • Telex, Fax, Telephones and Typewriters
        • Interview facilities
        • Specially equipped spectator seats for journalists

    1. Congress (every odd numbered year)
      • Room for 70 ~ 100 persons
      • Table for the Directing Committee members
      • Table for the Congress delegates
      • 1 central microphone for the president
      • 1 microphone for the table of D.C.members
      • 2 microphones for the congress delegates
      • Nameplates for D.C.members
      • Nameplates for the participating countries
      • Soft drinks, snacks
      • Technical conditions for recording the congress proceedings
      • Duplication facilities
      • 1 Voting box
      • Ballots
      • Voting booths
    2. Directing Committee meeting
      • Room for 20 ~ 30 persons
      • Table for the Directing Committee members
