Subject : JUA Referee Seminar and IJF Continental Referee Examination – 2022, Bangkok, Thailand

Dear Friends,

I hope all of you are fine and doing well.

As informed, please find the attached herewith the General information, Rules and Regulations of the JUA Referee Seminar and IJF Continental Referee Examination – 2022, Bangkok, Thailand, which will be held in conjunction with the Asian Cadet & Junior Judo Championships 2022.

The schedule of the above Seminar and Examination is as under:

July 14th (Thu) : Arrival of Examinees and participants of seminar

15th (Fri) : JUA Referee Seminar

16th (Sat) : JUA Referee Seminar

17th (Sun) : Referee “Pre – Examination” / Referee meeting

18th (Mon) : IJF “Continental” Referee Examination (Asian Cadet Championships)

19th (Tue) : IJF “Continental” Referee Examination (Asian Cadet Championships)

20th (Wed) : IJF “Continental” Referee Examination (Asian Junior Championships)

21st (Thu) : IJF “Continental” Referee Examination (Asian Junior Championships)

22nd (Fri) : Departure

The following instructions are mandatory to meet by the National Federation for participating in the above Seminar and Examination:

Notice - 1.

Please send the attached application From by each examinee in “WORD Format” only.

(Do not send “PDF Format” or any other format.)

 

Notice - 2.

The following documents must be attached with each application form, which is required by IJF Referee Commission.

 - Photo ( face photo such as passport format )

- Passport copy

- Referee National License copy

- Black belt certificate copy

- IJF Academy license copy (If examinee has license)

 

Notice - 3.

Please make sure that registration for examinee must be done in IJF JUDOBAE as REFEREE.

You are requested to meet the deadlines for the submission of applications for the Seminar and Examinations with the documents ( as per the Notice-2 ) as well as Hotel reservation and Visa as under:
