Dear Friends,

I would like to inform you that the Asian Judo Championships – 2015 ( Individual & Team ) will be held from 13th to 15th May 2015 at Al Qadisiyah Club Indoor Stadium, Hawalli., Kuwait.

The General Information and Regulation of the Asian Judo Championships – 2015 is enclosed. You are requested to meet the deadline as given below:

DEADLINES:

A) Preliminary Entry by number :   NO LATER THAN 5th March 2015.

B) Visa Form   :   NO LATER THAN 31st March 2015

C) Final Entry and Questionnaire :   NO LATER THAN 20th April 2015 ( ijf registration )

D) Hotel Reservation & Payment :   NO LATER THAN 20th April 2015

E) Travel Schedule  :   NO LATER THAN 20th April 2015

Also enclosed the IJF New Registration system which is compulsory to participate in the AJC – 2015.

The Zonal Meetings and Ordinary Congress will be held before the AJC – 2015, i.e. on 10th and 11th May 2015, for which a separate notice has been issued.
