I am glad to inform you that the Asian Judo Championships 2017 ( Individual ) concluded today at Hong Kong Velodrome.

244 Judokas from 29 Nations participated in this Official event of the Judo Union of Asia. Mr. Obaid AL-ANZI, President, Judo Union of Asia and the JUA EC thanked the International delegates Mr. Marius VIZER, President, International Judo Federation ( IJF ), Mr.Naser Al Tamimi, General Treasurer -IJF, Mr. Armen Bagdasarov, Sports Director - IJF, Mr.Yasushiro Yamashita, Development Director-IJF, Refereeing Director - IJF, for attending the Championships at Hong Kong.

As per the overall medal tally, Japan placed the first position by winning 8 Gold, 1 Silver and 3 Bronze, however Korea ( South ) placed second position with 3 Gold, 4 Silver and 7 Bronze medals and Mongolia placed third position with 1 Gold, 3 Silver and 5 Bronze medals. I take this opportunity to Congratulate all the winners of the Championship.
