I would like to inform you that the Draw, Manager’s Meeting and Referee Meeting of the 18th Asian Games 2018 will be held on 28th August 2018, as per the below schedule:
Manager’s Meeting & Draw:
Venue : Room Semeru, Hotel Sultan, JL Gatot Subroto, Jakarta.
Time : 15:00 hrs
Referee Meeting: Soon after the Draws
Weigh-in
The first day weigh in will be ( 28th August 2018 ) in the Athletes Village Tower 2, unofficial weigh-in at 19:30 - 20:00, official weigh-in at 20:00 - 20:30.
The other days’ Weigh-in will in the venue at same hours.
Please convey the message to all your officials.
